With more than 25 years in the Fresh and CPG industry, Shane Towne brings hands-on leadership and a proven, execution-focused approach to brand growth.

  • Shane Towne brings over 30 years of experience in sales, new business development, and growth strategy within the Fresh and CPG industry.

  • He holds a degree in Soil Sciences and Sustainable Agriculture from Ball State University and has completed executive coursework at Harvard, Cornell, and UC Davis.

  • Shane has held executive roles across retailers, distributors, e-commerce companies, and producers nationwide. He has served on national marketing and supermarket share groups, including a three-year term on the Produce Marketing Association Fresh Summit Board, and has earned honors such as Produce Business “40 Under Forty” and Kroger Vendor of the Year.

  • Shane takes a strategic, relationship-first approach to growth, blending data, market insight, and real-world experience to build practical go-to-market strategies. He tailors his guidance to each partner, aligning incentives and creating clear paths to scalable revenue with measurable impact.

Dan Gutwein is a seasoned food, beverage, and CPG executive with over 30 years of experience scaling brands through hands-on leadership, strategic growth, and disciplined execution.

  • Dan brings over 30 years of experience driving growth across food, beverage, and CPG brands, with a strong focus on scaling businesses through strategy, sales, and execution.

  • A Purdue University graduate, Dan holds a degree in Agricultural Economics and brings an entrepreneurial foundation rooted in agriculture.

  • Dan co-owned Morning Song, helping grow the business from $1 million to $88 million in annual revenue and establishing it as the #2 brand nationally before its acquisition by Scotts Miracle-Gro. He later helped scale Copper Moon Coffee sixfold over 12 years

  • Today, Dan applies deep expertise in marketing, sales, pricing, margin analysis, and brand development to help brands scale past $5 million with confidence and clarity.
